Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (TOS) govern all transactions and the use of the Vintaless website (“the Site”). By accessing or placing an order on the Site, the customer unreservedly accepts these conditions.

2. Products and Availability

All products are sold while supplies last. Vintaless reserves the right to withdraw or modify items in the catalog without prior notice. Product imagery is for illustrative purposes; the final product may vary slightly in finish or appearance, especially due to the handcrafted nature of some items.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in USD. Prices listed do not include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax), which are calculated based on the jurisdiction and displayed at the final checkout stage.

Payments are processed securely using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may depend on your location and order.

4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Order fulfillment time varies by product category; please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times.

Shipping: Delivery is provided by DHL and FedEx and is free for all orders. Vintaless covers US import duties under DDP for deliveries to the United States only. Customers in other destinations are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (The Refund Policy)

The customer has 30 days from the receipt of the item to exercise their right of withdrawal/return, as detailed in our separate Refund Policy.

Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions, conditions, and information on return shipping costs.

6. Product Warranty

Selected components, including valves, mixers and faucet bodies, may be covered for up to 5 years against manufacturing defects. Coverage depends on the product and component; not every product or finish has identical coverage. See our Warranty & Product Support page. If you experience any issues, contact us at contact@vintaless.com with photos and details. The warranty is subject to verification and excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the defect is confirmed.

7. Proof of Transactions and Data Confidentiality

Transaction data recorded by the payment provider serves as the official proof of purchase. Personal information is collected, used and protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

Vintaless is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, supplier shortages, or transport disruptions.
