Return Policy
30 days from delivery
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, not from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation.
How to request a return
- Email contact@vintaless.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending your item.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a traceable shipping service.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including an unsuitable size or finish. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Vintaless covers return shipping for damaged or defective items.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection, using your original payment method. Your payment provider may take an additional 1–5 business days.
Return address
After receiving return authorization, send your return to: 48 Zone Industrielle Sidi Youssef Ben Ali, Marrakech, 40050, Morocco. Please follow the instructions we send you. The US administrative address is not the return address.
Cancellations and alternative options
Contact us within 24 hours to request cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once fulfillment or manufacturing has begun.
If a return is not possible and the product does not suit you, contact us. We may be able to offer a suitable alternative at a special price, assessed individually.
