Warranty Policy
Up to 5 years on selected parts
Selected components, including valves, mixers and faucet bodies, may be covered for up to five years. The applicable coverage depends on the product and component. Contact us with your order details so we can confirm the coverage for your item.
Request product support
- Send your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
- We assess the affected component, the issue and the applicable warranty coverage.
- Our team will explain the available support, which may include replacement of an affected part.
Parts, finish issues and leaks
Contact us about damaged components, finish problems or leaks. We review each case and the applicable coverage. The up-to-five-year term does not mean that every product, component or finish has identical coverage. Coverage is subject to verification and excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the defect is confirmed.
Support after the warranty
You can still contact us after the applicable warranty period. We will review the issue and discuss available assistance or replacement-part options; this is not an extension of warranty coverage.
When a product does not suit you
If your product does not fit your needs and a return is not possible, we may be able to offer a more suitable product at a special price. Options are assessed individually and are not a guaranteed free replacement.
