We offer free express shipping worldwide. Processing and transit times are separate estimates; please allow for both when planning your installation.
Processing times
- Faucets, showerheads and accessories: 1–2 business days.
- Shower systems: 1–3 business days.
- Sinks: 2–3 business days.
- Custom-order preparation depends on complexity. Contact us for an estimate.
Estimated transit times
- United States and Canada: 3–5 business days.
- Europe: 2–5 business days.
- Australia: 4–10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–10 business days.
Transit estimates begin after dispatch and exclude processing time.
All US duties paid — DDP
DDP delivery applies to the United States only: Vintaless covers US import duties. This promise does not apply to other destinations, where customs duties, import taxes or local fees may be payable by the customer. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your country.
Tracking and delivery
