The methods available for your location and order are displayed at checkout. We do not promise that every payment method or installment option is available for every customer.

Prices and total charges

Check the currency, product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes and total before confirming payment. US import duties are covered for eligible US shipments under our DDP arrangement. See Shipping & Delivery for destination details.

Payment problems

If a payment fails, verify the billing details or contact your payment provider. If you are unsure whether an order succeeded, contact us before submitting the same order again.

Order changes

Contact us promptly to request changes. A change depends on the order's preparation and dispatch status and is not guaranteed. Confirm custom configurations and compatibility before ordering.

Complete payment through the store checkout. Do not send full card details or security codes by email.
